Energized, confident man after male hormone replacement therapy
Sick and tired of being sick and tired?

You've been told you're fine.
You know you're not.

Most men hear the same thing: your labs are normal, this is just aging, this is stress, get more sleep. So they push through, lose their edge, and settle for feeling like half the man they used to be.

Too many doctors never measure your hormones. If they do treat, it is often a one size fits all dose of synthetic testosterone that carries greater risk. You deserve better than that.

I believe you. Let's figure this out together.

Does this sound like you?

The words men use when they finally sit down across from me.

  • "My libido is low, and I have less desire and motivation for work and play."
  • "I've lost my strength and endurance. My workouts don't do what they used to."
  • "I'm grumpy and short-fused, with mood swings that aren't like me."
  • "I've lost my edge and my confidence, and I feel past my peak."
  • "I'm tired and listless, and I'm gaining fat around my midline."
  • "My doctor says I'm normal, or that I'm just getting old. I don't buy it."

If you recognized yourself, you are not imagining it, and you are not weak. This is what low testosterone can feel like, and it is treatable.

You can feel like yourself again

Imagine getting your edge back.

  • Waking up with steady energy and drive, instead of dragging through the day.
  • Building lean muscle and losing the belly, with a body that responds again.
  • A clear mind, a stable mood, and confidence in and out of the bedroom.
  • A doctor who is a true partner in your care and looks at the big picture.
Finally, a partnership with a doctor who listens, understands, and takes you seriously.

The Clear, Balance & Thrive Method

Most doctors hand you a dose based on one number. That fails when the body is not ready to respond. A body that is inflamed, sluggish, and toxic cannot use the hormones you give it. The order matters. You cannot balance hormones in a body that cannot clear them.

1

Clear

Gut health first. Clear the inflammation and the hormone disruptors, so your body can actually respond.

2

Balance

Hormone harmony. Balance testosterone and metabolism once your body is ready to hold the change.

3

Thrive

Longevity lifestyle. Build the daily habits that make the results last, so you get your life back.

Why the right kind of therapy matters

Testosterone is not one size fits all.

Men with low testosterone can feel tired and listless. They may lose their edge, confidence, and libido, and gain fat around the midline, even in their youth. Some lose energy, strength, endurance, and ambition. When that happens, it is important to understand the root cause.

Testosterone can convert into estrogen, giving you a bigger belly and breasts. Some synthetic forms may raise liver enzymes and thicken the blood, which can add to cardiovascular risk. Some forms support erections, and others do not. How testosterone is metabolized can affect your prostate. So I look at how your body handles testosterone, not just how much of it you have.

I look at the whole man. I evaluate the hormones that affect each other, including adrenal cortisol, thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, DHT, DHEA, and their metabolites, along with your weight, exercise, sleep, environment, and lifestyle. Then I build a plan for you, not for a lab range.

Managed well, testosterone therapy helps a man get his drive and strength back.

Man regaining strength and confidence with individualized testosterone therapy

What balanced hormones can support

  • Building and maintaining bone, muscle mass, and libido
  • Healthier cholesterol, blood pressure, and cardiovascular risk factors
  • Better memory, mood, energy, strength, and confidence
  • Less belly and breast fat as metabolism improves

What a thorough evaluation looks at

  • Free and Total Testosterone, estradiol (estrogen), DHT, DHEA, and their metabolites
  • Thyroid and adrenal cortisol
  • Metabolism, weight, and cardiovascular risk factors
  • Diet, sleep, exercise, environment, and lifestyle
Why I measure your levels

Testosterone is only half the story.
Its metabolites are the other half.

Testosterone does not act alone. In your body it can convert into estradiol (estrogen) or into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Where it goes changes how you feel and what is safe, and you cannot know without measuring. Cortisol can also lower testosterone and DHT. That is why I test your levels before therapy and while you are on it.

When it converts to estrogen

When too much converts to estrogen, men can feel listless and develop enlarged breasts and a bigger belly. High estradiol in men has also been linked to greater cardiovascular risk.

When it converts to DHT

When too much converts to DHT, you can get hair loss, oily skin, acne, and more aggressive behavior. I watch for this and adjust your dose to prevent it.

A single testosterone number is not enough. The normal Total Testosterone range runs from 300 to 900 ng/dL, which is broad, and normal is not the same as optimal. I measure Free Testosterone, estradiol, DHT, and related markers, so we reach the level where you feel your best and stay safe. I study the studies so my patients do not have to.

Common questions

What men ask before they book

What is HRT for men?+
HRT for men is hormone replacement therapy, most often testosterone therapy. It is for men whose hormone levels have dropped and who feel tired, foggy, heavier, and less driven than they used to. A doctor checks your levels with blood work, looks at your whole picture, and builds a plan matched to you. It is given as injections, creams, gels, pellets, or other forms depending on what fits your body and your goals.
What are the signs of low testosterone?+
Common signs include fatigue, low libido, less strength, endurance, and stamina, trouble building or keeping muscle, more belly fat, bigger breasts, brain fog, irritability, poor sleep, and a loss of drive and confidence. These often start earlier than men expect. Blood work confirms whether low testosterone is part of the picture.
What is the difference between bioidentical and synthetic testosterone?+
Bioidentical testosterone has the same structure as the hormone your body makes. Some synthetic forms carry greater risk and can raise liver enzymes or thicken the blood. Testosterone can also convert into estrogen, which is why how it is metabolized matters. I individualize the type, dose, and delivery, and I monitor your labs over time.
Is testosterone therapy safe for the prostate?+
How testosterone is metabolized can affect the prostate, so screening and monitoring are part of responsible care. I review your history, run the appropriate labs, and monitor you while on therapy. Care is individualized, not one size fits all.
Why do you measure levels and metabolites?+
Because testosterone does not act alone. It converts into estradiol (estrogen) and DHT, and where it goes changes how you feel and what is safe. Too much estrogen can make men feel listless and cause enlarged breasts and belly. Too much DHT can cause hair loss, oily skin, acne, and more aggressive behavior. I measure Free Testosterone, estradiol, DHT, and related markers before therapy and while you are on it, so you reach the level where you feel your best.
Can testosterone therapy cause hair loss, acne, or breast enlargement?+
It can when it is not measured and managed. Too much conversion to DHT can cause hair loss, oily skin, and acne. Too much conversion to estrogen can cause breast enlargement and belly fat. Monitoring your metabolites and adjusting the plan is how these effects are prevented.
What is a normal testosterone level in men?+
The normal Total Testosterone range is roughly 300 to 900 ng/dL, which is broad. A man inside the normal range can still have symptoms of low testosterone. That is why I also check Free Testosterone, the active form, estradiol, and DHT, and aim for an optimal level of all, not just a normal one.
Do you offer telehealth for male hormone therapy?+
Yes. Vibrance for Life offers online telehealth visits for men who live in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Florida. Lab work is done at a local Quest or Labcorp, or mailed to your home.
